Request Technical Support

Some of your students may have technical issues when subscribing, installing software, logging on, etc. Typically, these are simple confusions that have to do with not following directions. Our support team is happy to help your students! If students come to you for technical assistance, please feel free to send them to our support staff. They are friendly, efficient, and here to help! You and your students can find links to access FAQs, videos, and general support all over the SimUText System including:

  • on the Student Portal (where they/you subscribe to your SimUText)
  • on the login page of the SimUText application
  • under the Help menu in the Instructor Portal
  • on simbio.com
