We allocate seats in a SimUText based on the estimated enrollment we receive for your class. The allocated seats and number already used are shown on the right side of the Student Welcome page of the Instructor Portal. We do monitor the available seats in each SimUText and increase the number of seats before they run out. If there is a problem with seats running out, please submit a Support Ticket, and our support team will increase the number of seats available.
Be aware that if your department is paying for subscriptions on behalf of your students, increasing the number of seats will increase the cost.
