The Student Welcome script contains a link to contact our technical support team. If your students have any issues subscribing to, downloading, installing, or running SimUText, they will be directed to the Student Support pages where they will find FAQs, articles, and instructional videos that will provide answers to the most common questions. The Student Support pages also include the option to submit support requests. We monitor support requests throughout the business day as well as every evening and over the weekends. Our support staff is friendly, efficient, and here to help!
