Course Sections
The Course Sections component of the Instructor Portal allows you to create a structure for your SimUText that parallels that of your course. If you have multiple lab/recitation sections, creating separate Course Sections for your SimUText allows you to set Release and/or Due Dates that correspond with your section meeting times. You will also be able to organize student data by Course Section. Finally, you can ensure that your TAs only have access to student data for the sections that they teach. Note: Creating Course Sections before inviting students to subscribe to your SimUText allows your students to select their appropriate Course Section when they subscribe. If you wait until after students subscribe, you will have to move each student from the Unassigned Section to their appropriate Course Section.
