- Click on the Instructors tab on the left-hand side of the Instructor Portal.
- In the “Section Access” column of the list of instructors, click the Pencil (Edit) button for the instructor you would like to change.
- Check each section to which the instructor should be assigned and click “Save.” (Unchecking all sections will mean that users with Section Level access will no longer be able to see any assignments in the Instructor Portal.)
- The assigned sections should appear in the Section Access column.
Note: If you do not see the instructor/TA that you need to add, you will first need to add them to the SimUText from the Available Instructors list. If they do not appear on the list, you will need to Create a New Instructor Account for them. (For descriptions of User Types, go here.)
